Moose Jaw Business Excellence Awards

The Moose Jaw Business Excellence (MJBEX) Awards PRESENTED BY:  WOW FACTOR MEDIA are open to all businesses, except Crown Corporations and the City of Moose Jaw.

RULES:

1. To be eligible for a category, the registrant must not have won a MJBEX Award in that category in the previous year.
2. Registrants may submit their own registrations or third parties may submit the registration. The registrant must agree to all third party registrations.
3. This year we have decided to make the registration process much more simple. Please fill in the form below.
4. All Nominations must be submitted by February 15th, 2020.
5. A business may be nominated for a maximum of two categories from the MJBEX Award categories.

IMPACT AWARD NOMINATION

This award(s) is presented to a Moose Jaw non-charitable or not-for-profit business or small business of 20 employees or less that displays a commitment to making Moose Jaw a better place to live through the development and support of a community project or program.
Include the following information (minimum 500 words):
  • Describe activities, investment, financial outcomes and company’s diversity that provides a positive impact on the community.
  • How has the business improved community conditions and made the community a better place to live?
  • Briefly describe the business and what services you provide to the community.
  • How many employees do you have?
  • Examples include: improving education, improving healthcare, pursuing environmental excellence, community service; letters of support.
An anonymous MJBEX Awards Jury will review all nominees and select one winner of each category. Any information you provide will remain confidential.
