Moose Jaw Business Excellence Awards

CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD NOMINATION

To be awarded to the business that consistently demonstrates excellence in service and/or hospitality. Criteria will examine services offered by the business; training programs for staff and management or its contribution to the Moose Jaw and immediate area tourism. Judging will take into account relative size of business.

Include the following information (minimum 500 words):
  • List of services offered by your business
  • What sets you apart: quality, individual, needs, special services.
  • Summary of your accomplishments over the past year.
  • Contributions to your employee, in regards to providing training opportunities,further education or certification programs: please describe in detail.
  • The significance of the impact on the recreation field at a regional, provincial,municipal or national level.
  • Minimum one letter of support from a customer/member of the community that has utilized your business.
  • Examples include: Contribution to tourism, consistency of great service,keeping up with trends, listening to what your customers’ needs are.

An anonymous MJBEX Awards Jury will review all nominees and select one winner of each category. Any information you provide will remain confidential.
